What is Mindful UNC?
We are a Community of Practice that invites UNC affiliated groups and individuals to engage contemplative practices through a central hub that includes community learning gatherings, and unique events.
What are contemplative practices?
Contemplative practices include a variety of ways to engage with introspective and reflective approaches to teaching, learning, research, and service. Some examples of contemplative practices include mindfulness, deep listening, meditation, and yoga.
